It isn't a good team because you haven't a grass pokemon or an electric pokemon and so you may are in a difficult situation .then monferno is a fire pokemon and so he will dead very quickly (DON'T FORGET THE GYM LEADER OF PASTORIA CITY HAS GYARADOS AND FLOATZEL :TWO POKEMON VERY STRONG AND FAST) try to evolve your eevee in a leafeon and teach him some grass attack and at finally you train your flaoatzel as soon as he arrives at the 33 level
