Any one know what type of bird of prey this is (pic included)?
We have this bird coming every day and it perches on our fence post at the bottom of our field, it looks a young bird , I thought it might be a buzzard or red kite but I'm not sure .

That is a Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus).
is a bird of prey species belonging to the kestrel group of the falcon family Falconidae. It is also known as the European Kestrel, Eurasian Kestrel, or Old World Kestrel. In Britain, where no other brown falcon occurs, it is generally just called "the Kestrel".
