Am I scared of heights? Acrophobia?
I have always gotten a weird feeling when I look up at the sky or fly a kite. It is a scary, and butterflies in your stomach feeling. When I do that, I feel imbalanced and get worried that I am going to float away. I can fight the feeling, and make it invisible. Also, I get overwhelmed by the size, and the vastness.
That's normal. It happens to me, too. It gives me vertigo actually. I think the best thing to is look straight forward toward the horizon. When I was in the Coast Guard, that was how we dealt with sea sickness. The rocking of the boat threw off our equilibrium. To remedy that, we looked at the horizon because the horizon was always a straight line.
