The kite on the string is ever so free just a blowing in the wind,
Trying to drag the little boy who holds him.
The string snaps,
And the kite is off without a guide , out of control,
Up it soars , up into the sky until the wind stops and now the kite must die.
Wriggling around as a snake does on the ground , its tail billowing behind him.
It heads for the ground not making a sound and snags on top of a power line.
The little boy stares in amazement this was his first little experiment.
The kite hanging from the line scares him,looks like a skeleton , and he runs home so he can be alone and to wake from his dream.x
