good outdoor yoga mat?
I've been doing yoga in the park now and my little 15 dollar mat from target doesn't really cut it anymore. its always sliding around on the grass, one time resulting in a rather painful face plant right into the dirt.
can anyone suggest a good mat that won't slip on grass, and is extra resistant to wear and tear as it will be used outside?
Also, maybe one thats eco-friendly, not made out of PVC?
I mean, if i'm doing the yoga thing, might as well go all out!

However outside, doing yoga right on the grass should be fine as long as it's not wet.
And to people who don't know yoga, it is a strenuous activity. It's a better work out then running on the treadmill for an hour.
