Can you keep your swim goggles fog-free with toothpaste?
I heard it from a book I read a while ago.
The toothpaste will help. Spit will help FOR SOME PEOPLE. Soap will work as well as potatoes. The toothpaste is to polish. THE BEST thing to do is rub toothpaste on the inside lens. You really have to rub it good as it polishes the silicon coating off that is left from manufacture. One good polish is all it needs but make sure you rub the hell out of it, the toothpaste cant hurt it. Do this anytime. Then before you dive, a drop of liquid soap rubbed in and rinsed. It will not fog up again. Do not touch the inside after you rub in the soap! Just dip it in the water and rinse a few times. It wont burn your eyes if you rince it and it will be fog free all day. Next time, another drop of soap, a good rinse, and your good for the day!
