HELP! I need a cat repellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Our neighbors cat keeps coming into our back yard and jumping up onto our $450 above ground pool to drink water. Already once this summer it popped holes in the inflatable ring around the top of the pool and I had to patch about 7 claw holes. Then about 3 weeks ago the inflatable ring was completely deflated and the cat scratched so many claw holes that the pool is ruined.
Does anyone know what I can do to repel the cat? We want to get the kids another pool, but dont want the cat to destroy it too.
I am hoping to find something that works well so I can keep it off my lawn all together. Just today I found a flea on my 1 1/2 year old (we have no pets) and I know it is from that cat. He even sneaks into our house if the doors are open. I am reaching my breaking point with the dang cat and if I can't find a repellent then I will probably take it to the pound.
By the way, I have gone to my neighbors many times and they just shrug and say "Ya, he's an outdoor cat".

there's a couple things you can do, if theres a local feed supply store in your area, like Tractor Supply Store, also I believe Home Depoe also carries this product and you can order online http://www.critter-repellent.com/cat/cat-repellant.php

and if these don't work contact your local dog pound and tell them whats going on, you can pick up a cat trap from them, set it in you back yard and call them when cat has been caught and have them pick it up, people can claim it at pound and will be fined and told to keep cat home.
My dad had these kind of problems & bought tact strip like they put carpet down with and nailed this to the top of his fence, you know didn't take the cats long in his neighbhood to quit coming over LOL
