can the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD play source: engine games on low settings?
I would like to know if the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD play games like half-life 2, portal and what not. i know my old computer can without any visual card AT ALL, it can play at least half-life 2 on low settings. But can it support pixel shader 1.1? (the thing needed for Portal) PS: it's on a laptop now, and I heard it will run ages of empires fine on LOW settings. Any account for Source: engine games?
Yes it can but how much memory does it have? You would need at least 256MB of graphics memory for Half Life 2
